If you are on a DIRECT BILL PLAN (via email), do not make payment on your next invoice, and your membership will automatically cancel on the last day that it is currently paid up to with no penalties or late charges. (*All membership fees are fully earned, and there is no refund for cancelling prior to the completion of the current membership term.)
If your membership is an AUTO PAY / Automatic Billing Subscription through PayPal, you will need to login to your PayPal account and manage that subscription through PayPal. We do not have access to your PayPal account and can do nothing from our end to manage that for you.
After the last day of your current membership period, you will receive a notice that will contain information about your options to reinstate your membership, or to allow your account to expire, after which time the data will be deleted after 60 days.
